About the course:

Well-being is essential for every human being, whether they consider themselves to be spiritual or not. For every individual, good physical and mental well-being is the basic requirement for a fulfilling life. This is essential to help one perform to his or her best abilities. For a spiritual person, this becomes the foundation to build a meaningful journey to explore deeper realms within oneself. In this course, we explore the basic tenets of well-being through the three key aspects of Energy, Breath and Sound. Namaskaram, At the outset, we are grateful to Guruji and you for providing an opportunity to participate in the workshop on Meditation. All the three sessions were really interesting and very useful. Even though we were attending Meditation sessions for the last few months after attending the first session we understood the proper way of visualisation, relaxation and meditating and the power of chakras. In the 2nd session, we understood the benefits of breathing properly and also getting back the concentration of wavering mind while meditating. The third session was also very important which elaborated the importance of sounds and using different sounds for activating different chakras.
