Life can get you to a crossroad where you will need to make a choice. People often forget that making a choice, wise or otherwise, is entirely in their hands, not Mine. They make wrong choices and then suffer the consequences of their own choices. While doing so, they have no qualms in blaming Me entirely for the outcome of their choice, which they choose to call destiny, thus making it God-given.
Now if you were to ask me, “Does that mean there is no destiny?”, I would say, “Of course there is. But not as you understand it. Not as you choose to apply it at the human level.” Destiny there is, but there is also free will. This I have amply proven to people in different ways, through different means, repeatedly. But that too they have chosen to understand and appreciate differently.
Destiny is what I give you once you have made your choice.
Choices you shall have, many, all through your life, thus continually altering your destiny. So, are you capable of changing your destiny? At one level you are, with the choice you make. But it isn’t really your destiny until you have made that choice. And once you have made that choice, there is no altering your destiny thereafter, until you get to make your next choice.
So, now if you were to ask Me, if life is all about the choices we make, what really do you do, God?, I would say, “I live your choices with you.” Do I guide you at every level on the wisest choice you can make? Yes, I do. But it is upto you to receive My guidance. When a person surrenders to Me completely and trusts Me to take care of him and make his choices for him, what he truly does is open his arms wide to receive Me. Such a person sees My guidance very easily as he is always looking for it everywhere. And when he sees My guidance everywhere, he sees ME everywhere, and that is truly the easiest way to reach Me. When one looks for My guidance always, he is looking for My Leelas and in My Leelas alone will he find Me. But it is not that I guide only those who surrender completely. I always guide all those who seek for My guidance, be it in any form or any name. Form, shape, being, belief system are all inclusive of Me & My presence. Those who surrender completely can see Me & My Leelas more easily as they have become ready for it in any & every form. Those who selectively seek My guidance have difficulty in identifying it as they look for it with preconceived notions & pre-fixed ideas in mind of how it will come to them. But I love surprises too. I love surprising them in ways they least expect. I do all this not to amuse Myself, but to make them understand that I am omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient and I can’t be bound by human thoughts and concepts. To see Me in all My glory, one has to surrender to Me & accept Me in every form and see Me IN & AS all that I have created and am creating.
Q: What happens once the choice is made by a person in a given situation or crossroad?
A: Like I have already said, a choice can be wise or otherwise. It is not right or wrong, as, if it were wrong, would I give that to you to misguide you? A wise choice will bring you closer to Me and understanding My Leelas. A choice other than the wise one will either leave you where you were or take you further away from Me. But no matter however further away from Me you keep choosing to go, I shall keep giving you choices to make till you reach Me completely. My children often ask Me why I should give them a choice which is not so wise? Why not give only the wise one? To which I say, “Is that even a choice when you are left with just one option to choose? Also, I don’t wish for you to come to Me out of force but out of love & free will. A mother always wishes for her child to come to her with love alone and not with an obligation or a sense of duty. “
Choosing a wise option or truly very easy and simple, if you choose to see it through Me. See Me in all your choices; look to reach Me in everything you do, every choice you make; and you shall always make the wisest choice there is.
