These words of wisdom were given by our Guru to a group of followers on the occasion of Guru Poornima 2020. It has been reproduced here, verbatim, as received.

Now is the time for you to focus on yourself and work from within to reach Me. When you have guidance from the Source, when you can clarify your doubts, it means that you are all set for the journey within. Your main focus should then be liberation, to reach from ‘Atma’ to ‘Paramatma’. Hence, today I am going to guide you on certain aspects of this journey from ‘I’ to ‘Divine’.

The first point I wish to clarify is that I am not here to pull you out from your problems. I am not here as your fire brigade. I am not here to give you wealth. I am not here to give you peace of mind. I am not here to give you anything. I am here to guide you to get where you want to reach. All that I will make you do is solve your problem within, become wealthier within, address your concerns within. How do you find the solution within? This is what I am going to guide you. I am not going to solve your problems or bless you with lot of wealth, happiness or peace. I will just show the direction. You are the one who has to go and acquire it.

Spirituality is a tool. Spirituality is an approach, the way to live your life

Many of you in this group have already experienced the divinity within yourself. You have some awareness of the difference between spiritual seeking and seeking that is of this materialistic world. At the same time, few have already bridged the gap between materialism and spirituality. If you see from afar, if you look at the wider picture and understand it, both are same. It is just your perspective that is different. Spirituality is a tool. Spirituality is an approach, the way to live your life. It is not a concept, it is not a theory, it is not a magic wand. There is no problem existent in this world. There is no challenge existent in this world. What exists is just your perspective. The real problem is the attitude or the perspective that makes you consider the situation as a problem. If you remove the word ‘problem’ from your dictionary, everything becomes simpler. Everything becomes straightforward.

I am here to give you tough tests in the form of situations you face, and see how you come out of it by applying what I teach you. I am not here to give you grace marks and help you pass. There is no scope for grace marks here. Everything is 100%. 100/100 is what is required to reach from ‘I’ to ‘Divine’. You are here or there, there is nothing in between. One thing I wish to tell all My children is that this is high time for all of you to focus within, to focus on the divinity that resides within you. This is high time for you to start working towards the inner journey, rather than cribbing and complaining about situations around you. It may be your work, it may be your spouse, it may be your kids, or anything else.

Observe how you are evolving as a human being, how you are evolving as a soul

There is nothing called fair or unfair in this world. Everything is just there. So, stop pitying yourself. What you are facing right now in your life is what you asked for or what you have deserved. There is nothing you can achieve by cribbing about it. What you can do instead is to think about how you can change your perspective and work on it to come out of the situation. Thank the Universe for giving you an opportunity to outgrow the situation. Do not sulk about it. Never compare yourself with others. All that is required from you is to observe how you are evolving as a human being and as a soul. That is important.

If I start addressing your problems, there is no end to it. As a child, you had a set of problems. You then carry the same mindset as an adult. Now, as an adult, you have more magnified problems. As you become a family person, you then have a different set of problems. Thus, it is just a habit that you have created for yourself. Rather than solving your problems, let me help you to break this habit of yours, of pulling all your surrounding matters and putting them on your head, telling yourself that you are stuck in this particular problematic situation.

Remember, I am not talking philosophy over here. I am just warming you up to what a Guru is all about. You have a very different perspective when it comes to a Guru. Your life seems to you as a constant struggle, a series of consistent problems. Everything seems to have become like a tough knot. If you think I am here to remove that knot, you are mistaken. I will make sure to add two more knots to it and provoke you to remove them as well. It need not happen in this lifetime itself, my child. I am patient enough to wait for you for many lifetimes. Only when you learn by yourself to remove that knot, that’s when you won’t make that knot again. Otherwise, it just becomes a child’s play. You will keep on putting the knot, I will need to keep on untying it. Where is the end to it?

Hence, from now on, let Me guide you in all possible ways in your journey from ‘I’ to ‘Divine’. Today, I want you to learn to surrender completely to Me. You have to leave all your problems to Me. Your main focus should be Me, nothing else. I want you to learn to see things the way they are, not the way society wants you to see them. Let’s start the journey together. I am always with you, as always. Grind the truth, you shall find it.

From Sadhana to Dharma, Dharma to Jnana, Jnana to Kama & from Kama to Moksha.

The journey towards Me is not easy, at the same time it is not complicated. It requires practice, it requires sadhana, it requires dharma. When I say sadhana and dharma, it is nothing but a discipline. A discipline to do what I tell you to do without giving any reasons. That is sadhana. With this discipline, you will inculcate a habit of rich knowledge. That is Jnana. From this Jnana, your desire for worldly things will change to desire for focusing on the being. So, from sadhana to dharma, from dharma to jnana, from jnana to kama (desire). From Kama to Moksha. All of this, at the end, will help you become one with Me, one with the Universe. This is precisely what Patanjali has said in Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
